New and Improved Bow Street Market!

Have you been to the Bow Street Market recently? I’m really excited about the improvements! It’s a Hannaford so it offers the same deals and store brands but it’s so muc more than that. It has all of the perks fo a gourmet market with a custom cut butcher shop which features Pineland Farms meats, yummy! The market also has gourmet prepared foods and an olive oil station.

Check out the market’s website at http://bowstreetmarket.com.

Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Petrillo’s, Great Local Restaurant!

Recently I tried out Petrillo’s which is in Downtown Freeport at 15 Depot Street.  What a great Italian restaurant!

We dined on New Year’s Eve for dinner. The place was packed but the waitstaff was able to get us a table with out too much wait time. I have to say how accommodating the waitstaff was. We had two little ones with us and they great and so helpful!

I highly recommend the Pasta Primavera, itwas scrumptious!  I also recommend the Loaded Calzone, which is still being talked about over a week after having it!

They have a fair share  of beers on tap and we really enjoyed the chilled glasses. My one thought for people wanting to enjoy dining here, it fills up fast so go early and be understanding if you have to wait a bit.

This would make a great date night, dinner at Petrillo’s and then a movie at the new theatre downtown! Enjoy!
